LESSON HORSE PRICE LIST – EFFECTIVE March 1, 2024
The following prices are for group lessons, which could have anywhere from one to eight riders. You can also book private lessons for 30 minutes with only one rider. These lessons are good for beginners or for extra help on specific areas of difficulty – privates are based on availability. We do not sell individual lessons, all riders must be enrolled in a monthly program.
All students must take a minimum of one lesson per week. An entire month’s worth of lessons is PAYABLE TO MC EQUESTRIAN CENTRE ON THE FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH. You are responsible for making these payments on time. If your full payment has not been received by your second lesson, you may not be permitted to ride. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. We accept; cheques (postdated too), cash or credit card.
Regardless of the reason; if you give us the courtesy of 24 hour’s notice of cancellation, we will give you the courtesy of a make-up lesson! 24 hours notice must be given to receive a make-up lesson. If you do not give the appropriate notice your lesson and money paid to take it will be forfeited. Make-up lessons must be taken within the same month they are missed – NO EXCEPTIONS. The only time a refund will be given is if MC Equestrian Centre cannot supply a suitable instructor due to illness, holidays, etc…, or if road conditions are severe, a major accident takes place at the stable, or another function for which we cannot provide enough notice is going on. You will be promptly advised if we feel it necessary to cancel lessons, there is no need to call us.
Occasionally there will be 5 lesson days within the month; in essence that 5th lesson is then free. If proper notice of cancellation is given it can still be made up!
COST TO RIDE ONCE PER WEEK $280.00
COST TO RIDE TWICE PER WEEK $460.00
COST FOR PRIVATE LESSON – (1 RIDER, 30 MINUTES) $ 95.00 PER LESSON

The lesson board by the barn door shows the lesson schedule. Please read all the information on any of the notice boards so that you may keep up with the other barn activities. If you have any questions please ask, if we are too busy to talk we will make arrangements to call you or set up a meeting at a mutually convenient time, emailing questions is also a good idea.
